How long will I continue to be able to use Facet?

How can I export my images from Generative Canvas?

Individual projects can be exported from the project download dialog. All projects can be exported using the “Export my Images” button on https://app.facet.ai/library/create .

I’m a yearly Professional or Teams subscriber. Will I be getting a refund?

Going forward, all month-to-month subscriptions will terminate and yearly subscription plans will be refunded for the remainder of the subscription period.

What will happen to my photos/images and projects? Will my data be automatically deleted after the shutdown?

If you do not export your photos and generated images, they will be lost. All data in the services will be deleted when the services are shutdown.
